Fanned by a strong wind, Ryo Ishikawa holed out in the tie for provisional 55th place at 2-over-par on the first day of the tournament. On the second day where he tried to catch up, it started to get dark and it was almost impossible to read the line on the green while he was playing on the 16th hole. But even though in this sever condition, he successfully sank a birdie, and immediately after making a birdie, the darkness just suspended the round. Ryo succeeded in making another birdie after the round was restarted in the next day and he was able to make the cut tying for 39th place at 1-over-par. But in the final round, he failed to pick up due to his driver shot bent toward right and he just ruined his score. Finally, he finished his four-day tournament in the tie for 72nd place at 12-over-par. His battle to play in the Masters is going to continue.
