In reversal of the greens faster than they look in the previous Puerto Rico Open, the ball did not run well in the Innisbrook Resort contrary to Ryo's image. He suffered from his false feeling that made him get clumsy in his putting. On the first day, he bogeyed the sixth hole as well as the eighth hole. Although Ryo could make a birdie by sinking a 5-m birdie putt in the 12th hole on the back side, he regretfully made one more bogey in the closing stage. After all, he scored 73, finishing the first day in the tie for 109th place at a 2-over. He was not able to turn the tide on the second day, scoring 72 with two birdies and three bogeys. Ryo just lost the chance of advancing to the final round by missing the cut, finishing in the tie for 107th place at 3-over.
